[tex-live] searching help for files w/o documentation

After texdoc has failed why not try a full-text search using a tool
like Apple's spotlight, beagle, namazu2, strigi, tracker, recoll, etc.?
Some of these are TeX-friendly, and some have GUI front-ends.
