that's already been amswered by philipp.

if you have contact with emma pease, it would be good if you could alert
her to the problem.  if (*big* if) we have a correct address for her,
she'll get mail eventually from one of the ctan or tl team.

i would assume so.  there's not much else in collections, afaict:
istm that they're nobbut programs for the installer.
